Catholic Super has won the Roy Morgan Research Industry Superannuation Fund of the Year 2016 award.

The award was accepted by Catholic Super’s Chief Operating Officer Emily Wooden, at the sixth annual awards ceremony, held in Melbourne on Tuesday 21 February 2017.

On receiving the award, Emily Wooden said, “One of the most important things for Catholic Super is how our members feel when they engage with us. Their financial peace of mind is of the highest priority for us, and making sure they have a sense of confidence and feel assured they are with Australia’s most exceptional superannuation fund.”

Catholic Super CEO Frank Pegan said, “I am proud of our wonderful and caring staff, who daily go above and beyond to look after our members. This award is recognition that our approach is effective and that our members are happy.”

The winner of the annual award is the organisation that spends the most months with the number one customer satisfaction ranking for the calendar year. Catholic Super ranked first for eight months in total.

We’re Roy Morgan Research’s Industry Superannuation Fund of the Year because our members were the most satisfied with our easy to use products and services, and our caring approach to their financial peace of mind.

Recently, we were named Money Magazine’s Best Pension Fund Manager 2017, and research firm SuperRatings named our Balanced option the top-performing investment option for 2016. The recognition by Roy Morgan Research, SuperRatings and Money Magazine, shows that we not only offer excellent service, but also excellent returns on our members’ super investments.
