Scott Cameron

Chief Executive Officer

Scott Cameron was appointed Chief Executive Officer to head both Equipsuper and Catholic Super in September 2019. The two organisations joined forces to create one of Australia’s largest profit-for-member superannuation funds in late October 2019. It was the first time that two Australian superannuation funds have concurrently had the same CEO.

An experienced CEO and CFO, Scott brings to both funds a record of blending cultures, integrating organisations and introducing innovative technology.

Scott has worked across global corporate, financial services and advisory environments with a track record of expanding a highly complex ASX listed entity. Most recently Scott served as CEO for Computershare’s Australia and New Zealand region, bringing market leading services to corporate clients in multiple markets and countries. He was also a member of Computershare’s global leadership team, co-head of Global Diversity and a director of several companies. Scott was Computershare’s Chief Financial Officer for the Asia-Pacific region. During his time as CFO and then CEO, Computershare completed a number of acquisitions and integrations. Prior to Computershare Scott was a Partner at Ernst & Young (EY).

Natalie Alford

Executive Officer Governance and Risk

Natalie's portfolio of responsibilities includes the risk and compliance, legal and company secretarial functions. She joined Equip from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA), where she was a manager in the Specialised Institutions Division, leading analysts in the prudential supervision and risk assessment of large and complex industry funds. Natalie's qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Bond University, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in Melbourne and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Tania Cumming

Chief Member Officer

Tania joined Equip following senior roles in the energy sector and private health insurance. She is a marketing professional who is passionate about the customer experience and member engagement. Tania is responsible for supporting the development of our business strategy across marketing channels and customer touchpoints. She looks forward to empowering members to get the most out of their super, and helping them achieve their long term financial goals. Tania holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate of the IMD Business School.

Mark Ellis

Executive Officer, Corporate Development and Catholic Super Growth

Mark Ellis, Executive Officer, Corporate Development and Catholic Super Growth, is responsible for bolstering the fund's long-standing employer brand and relationship and the industrialisation of the enterprise sales and retention framework. Drawing on his distinguished banking and finance credentials, Mark also has strategic oversight for the fund’s wholly owned bank, MyLifeMyFinance. Prior to his current role, Mark was Catholic Super's Chief Operating Officer. His considerable local and international financial services industry track record includes leading divisions of globally recognised brands, NAB and ANZ. At Investec, Mark oversaw seven distinct banking businesses. In addition, Mark has held senior roles with KordaMentha (Executive Director) and TD Securities (Executive Director).

Brett Grant

Brett Grant

Chief Operating Officer

Brett was previously Fund Secretary of the Rio Tinto Staff Superannuation Fund prior to its merger with Equip on 1 July 2017. He has extensive experience in superannuation, having previously been employed in senior roles at Mercer and the Melbourne Water Board. Brett is a Fellow of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (FASFA) and his qualifications include a BBus (Acc) from Victoria University of Technology.

Executive Officer, People & Enablement

Sarah brings valuable insights from a range of industry sectors into her role as Executive Officer, People and Enablement. Sarah promotes knowledge and an operating environment that enables our people to deliver the outcomes expected by the fund's members and employers. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Distinction) from RMIT and a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrated Human Studies from the University of Western Australia. Prior to her appointment as Executive Officer, Sarah held other senior positions in the organisation from May 2011.

David O’Sullivan

David O’Sullivan

Executive Officer, Joint Venture Integration & Catholic Super Legal Counsel

David O’Sullivan is Executive Officer, Joint Venture Integration and Catholic Super Legal Counsel. He is also a Non-Executive Director for MyLife MyFinance, the bank wholly owned by Catholic Super. David was formerly Catholic Super’s Acting Chief Executive Officer. He joined CSF Pty Limited as the fund’s General Legal Counsel/Chief Risk Officer. David has built his career servicing the legal and governance needs of the superannuation industry. Past roles include working in-house at Jacques Martin (subsequently Superpartners) and bringing legal and consulting services to global consulting firm, Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson). David also jointly started a boutique legal firm, IFS Legal, specialising in financial legal services. As a former director of an industry superannuation fund, David chaired the audit and compliance committee. 

Marc Pizzichetta

Chief Financial Officer

Marc Pizzichetta is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for both Equip and Catholic Super with strategic oversight of finance, technology, property and procurement. Marc was appointed to the joint venture role after serving as CFO for CSF Pty Ltd. In a career leading multi-disciplined teams across finance, superannuation, wealth management, investment and technology, Marc held the CFO reins at Kinetic Super and Victorian Funds Management Corporation. Marc is a Non-Executive Director for MyLife MyFinance, the bank wholly owned by Catholic Super. In addition to these executive roles, Marc also worked at Aviva and KPMG, is a chartered accountant, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has an MBA from Monash Business School.

Anna Shelley

Chief Investment Officer

Anna Shelley is the Equip-Catholic Super Chief Investment Officer (CIO), responsible for managing the $26 billion joint venture’s assets. Prior to this current role, Anna was CIO for CSF Pty Ltd, comprising Catholic Super and MyLife MyMoney superannuation trust fund. With deep market experience extending beyond managing assets and implementing multiple investment strategies, Anna also brings expertise in governance, business strategy and product development to her CIO role. As General Manager (Product and Strategy) at Perpetual, with assets totalling $30 billion, Anna rebuilt and restructured the investment manager’s product team, led the development of a new global equity capability and launched its first listed investment company (raising $250 million). Anna also worked at MLC Investment Management where she was responsible for developing NAB’s MySuper strategy. She began her career at JANA Investment Advisers, as a Principal Investment Consultant, Head of Australasian Equities Research and Deputy Head of Consulting.
