Melbourne, 15 October 2026: Catholic Super has marked the beginning of a new era, announcing a significant restructure of its operating model and executive leadership at the conclusion of Chief Executive Officer Luke Symons’ first 100 days.
The restructure is designed to accelerate delivery of the Fund’s strategy, strengthen its member proposition and support future growth. It includes the appointments of Mirella Robinson as Chief Technology Officer, Charlie Yanni as Chief Member and Employer Officer, Colin Adamson as Chief Commercial Officer, and Alissa Knight as Chief Strategy and Enablement Officer.
Catholic Super is also in market for a new Chief Financial Officer, with an appointment to be announced in due course.
Symons said the changes reflected the priorities identified during his first 100 days and established the leadership structure needed to take Catholic Super into its next phase.
“Over time, we want to broaden our proposition. Catholic Super has strong foundations, and these appointments position us to build on them with greater pace and focus,” Symons said.
“Our ambition is to deliver consistently from end to end, make it easier for members and employers to deal with us, strengthen our products, service, guidance and advice, and use data more effectively to anticipate and respond to members’ needs.
Symons said the refreshed leadership structure would position Catholic Super strongly for its next phase.
“I am excited about Catholic Super’s future and confident this structure will position us to succeed, grow and deliver even more for our members,” he said.
