How to obtain information about your client’s account with us 

Step 1

Complete the Third Party Authority form and email to info@csf.com.au or mail to the address on the form.

Processing the request normally takes 3-5 business days.

Once the Third Party Authority form has been applied to your client’s account we will supply the information you requested, or you can call us on 1300 655 002, Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 6:00pm AET.

Frequently asked questions

Having a Third Party Authority allows account information to be provided. The authority doesn’t enable transactions or changes to the superannuation or retirement income account to be completed.

 

Generally, 3-5 business days assuming all the information has been provided correctly. Please call us if you’d like to check if this has been accepted.

The financial adviser summary we send will have details about the members account that has been requested.  Information available includes: account balance, insurance, investment, beneficiary details and contributions for the current financial year. Please call us if you need additional information.

Once all information has been provided, this takes between 3-5 working days.
