Member research

We conduct regular research as part of our commitment to giving our members the information, advice, products and services that they need.

As a current or former member, you may be contacted by us or our research partners to participate in this research.

Here is a list of our current research programs:

Brand research

In April and May 2022, Phyllis Mitchell and Associates, a specialist research recruiter, will be contacting a randomly selected group of members by phone, seeking participants for our upcoming brand research.

Members contacted will be asked to participate in an online discussion group in early May 2022 facilitated by Quirk Research, who has been engaged to conduct this research on our behalf.

This research is designed to ensure that any changes we may consider making to our brand (logo, colours, look and feel) are understood by our members and are representative of the fund you know and trust.

This research is being conducted in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Collection Statement.

Participation is optional.

If you have any questions about the research, feel free to email mark@quirkresearch.com.

Exited member research

Catholic Super conducts an ongoing program of research with exited members, to help us understand why our members choose to leave, and what we could be doing better.

We have engaged the team at CSBA, an independent Australian research organisation, to coordinate these surveys on our behalf.

This research is conducted in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Collection Statement.

Participation is optional.

Collecting feedback from members who have chosen to leave us is important, as it will allow us to understand more about member experiences and how we can improve in the future.

Please note that any information that may identify a participant will be removed from the data prior to any analysis, and no information provided by a participant will be used for any purpose other than research, unless the participant’s express consent is obtained. For example, a participant might ask to be contacted if they want to re-join the fund, which happens from time to time.

If you have any questions about this research, please contact CSBA by emailing superannuation@csba.com.au.

This research is conducted in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Collection Statement.

Participation is optional.

Financial Planning satisfaction research

We have engaged CoreData Research Australia to regularly contact members who have met with our Financial Planners.

This ongoing research program is designed to collect information about the member experience, so we can maintain the high standard of service delivered by our Financial Planners.

This research is conducted in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Collection Statement.

Participation is optional.
