If you have registered for a webinar and are having trouble connecting, please see the information below to help you troubleshoot.

24-hours prior to the webinar you will receive an email containing a link to the webinar.
A few minutes before the start time, please click on the link in this email to join the webinar.
We recommend using a laptop, desktop computer or tablet for the best viewing experience. The webinar will open in your web browser, and you do not need to create an account or download an application to join the meeting.
If you are using a mobile phone to view the webinar, we recommend downloading the Adobe Connect app which you can find here on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
It is possible to view the webinar on your mobile web browser, however the presentation may be difficult to see. If you would like to proceed with using your mobile web browser, please view the presentation in landscape view.
If you are unable to hear sound, please ensure the speaker symbol in the top left corner of the screen is switched on. If it is grey/crossed out, please click the speaker symbol to turn it back on.
If you are unable to view the presentation or the hosts, please check your internet connection.
